Help me with my firewall

What will be a better one firewall I can download and use for free, (http://nba.sports-sport.info/2005-draft-nba.html) that will come with my windows xp and won't slow it down? :( (http://nba.sports-sport.info/index9.html)

May be, this is the wrong forum, but:

It depends of your security.
XP-Firewall may be enough.
Much virus-programms owns also firewalls.

Every firewall slow down the system but normally not more than 1-2%.
