The English manual is now available for download and the DeskfIT v1.1 software from the Software Download Area.
DeskfIT is a Service Desk software suite built to complement ChangefIT from the non-IT user point of view. Users can create and track progress of their service request(s) real-time. While the v1.1 User Interface (UI) is 5250 green-screen enabled, it is planned that future releases will be webfacing. This will allow users to access DeskfIT via an intranet using their browser.
What’s New in v1.1
DeskfIT enables users to create service requests for IT related tasks.
DeskfIT enables users to monitor progress on their service requests.
Optional Service Request authorization system.
Vendor Software incident tracking.
ChangefIT (v2.30 or higher) integration.
German and English user interfaces.
