wir haben o. g. Produkt von der IBM donloaded. Erhalten haben wir ein ISO-File, die enthält:
Ordner Q5733B45
QDSETMAP
Wie wird diese denn auf IBM i installiert? Kann mir da jemend einen Tipp geben? Vielen Dank.

wir haben folgende Auskunft von IBM erhalten:
Produkt 5733-B45 = zu verwenden für Fonts mit 600 DPI
Produkt 5648-B45 = zu verwenden für Fonts mit 240 oder 300 DPI

ok dann würde ich es über einen Image Catalog und dann mit rstlicpgm installieren oder auf einen Datenträger brennen und mit rstlicpgm von opt01 installieren.

Das sieht noch nach CISC aus.

restore hat geklappt mit: RSTLICPGM LICPGM(5733B45) DEV(OPT01)
Es waren folgende Optionen auf der ISO/CD vorhanden: *BASE, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
So siehts jetzt bei unserem V6R1M1 LICPGM aus:

5733B45 1 AFP Outline Fonts
5733B45 2 AFP Outline Fonts - Japanese
5733B45 3 AFP Outline Fonts - Korean
5733B45 4 AFP Outline Fonts - Simplified Chinese
5733B45 5 AFP Outline Fonts - Traditional Chinese
5733B45 *INSTALLED AFP Font Collection V3.1 for IBM i
5733B45 *INSTALLED AFP Outline Fonts
