2. Upgrade: Project Enquiry - Facility to choose the type of date to select from (requested, started, status changed, etc.).
3. Upgrade: Task Enquiry - Facility to choose the type of date to select from (requested, started, promoted, etc.).
4. Upgrade: Validation on promotion submission list will issue a warning - not an error.
