The DeskfIT wiki has been updated and the DeskfIT v2.02 software is available from the Download Area (http://ecofitonline.com/shopen/contents/en-uk/otherurl.html?url=http%3a//www.support.ecofitonline.com/forumdisplay.php/36-Downloads).

Bugfix: When choosing to sign-off a ticket, all the dependent projects are correctly signed-off, but the project status is left as 'A'.
Bugfix: Under certain conditions, user cannot sign-off own ticket.
Upgrade: Allow project number search on ticket enquiry.
One can now optionally search by partial Environment and Project numbers.
