Das DDS-Schlüsselwort bei PRTF "CHRSIZ" läßt sich zwar umwandeln, aber stürzt ab beim Drucken. Bei uns: CHRSIZ(2 2).Ist das ein Bug oder ist das wirklich so?

SE17822 - OSP-DDS-PRT CHRSIZ WITH DEVTYPE(*SCS) DOES NOT WORK R530
APAR (Authorized Program Analysis Report)

Abstract
OSP-DDS-PRT CHRSIZ WITH DEVTYPE(*SCS) DOES NOT WORK R530

Error Description
The CHRSIZ DDS keyword is used with a DEVTYPE(*SCS) printer file. In the past, this has been allowed on DBCS systems, and it resulted in a Set Font Size Scaling (SFCC) command being inserted in the data stream. This command is only understood by printers emulating a D/T5553, and by some DBCS host print transforms. However, on R530, this does not appear to be working.

Problem Summary
Please see the Error Description.

Problem Conclusion
Starting in V5R3, the CHRSIZ keyword will now be allowed in the DDS source for all DEVTYPE(*SCS) printer files. Spooled files using the CHRSIZ keyword will contain a Set Font Size Scaling command x'2BFD0402' that is only honored by DBCS-capable printers (TYPE 5553) and a few MFRTYPMDL's in Host Print Transform (for example, *HPDBCS).
