Tip:
The syntax checking function is invoked automatically by default for RPG, COBOL,
DDS, and CL source members when you move the cursor off a source line. To disable the auto-checking feature, follow these steps:

1. From the workbench menu, select Window →Preferences.

2. In the left side pane of the Preferences window, expand Remote Systems →
iSeries →LPEX Editor Parsers.

3. Select the source member type for which you want to turn this feature off.

4. In the right side pane, deselect the Automatic syntax checking check box.
Ist zwar nicht die aktuelle Version, aber ich denke unter V6 wird es auch irgendwo dort zu finden sein.
