Und wie ich ihn beende?
Und wofür ich den brauche?
Und warum der so auf die oerformance geht?

QTRTD*-Job's sind für das Routing zuständig (TCP-Routing-Daemon).

Vielleicht simmt da was nicht mit dem Routing oder es ist eine Überlast-Angriff ?

das ist der QOS TCPIP Server. Beenden mit endtcpsvr *QOS.
Ich würde mir das aber schon überlegen mit dem Beenden.
Vielleicht ein Neustart nach dem Beenden. (strtcpsvr *QOS)
