    Question maximale Anzahl Spoolfiles pro OUTQ

    Hallo Forum,

    gibt es einen Parameter oder sonstige Begrenzung, der die Anzahl der Spoolfiles pro OUTQ begrenzt.

    Ich sammle für eine Archivierung Spools in einer OUTQ und bin mittlerweile im deutlich 4 stelligen Bereich.

    Ich habe hier OUTQ's mit Spools, die im deutlich 5-stelligen Bereich sind.
    Bitte nicht prügeln über Sinn und Unsinn einer solchen Sammelwut, aber zur Zeit ist es halt so.

    Vielleicht findet sich ja was in den OS/400 Maximum Capacities für das jeweilige Systemrelease, aber auf die Schnelle habe ich da nichts gefunden.

    Der Systemwert QMAXSPLF sagt nichts darüber aus, wieviele Spoolfiles in einer OUTQ sein dürfen,

    er gibt an, wieviele Spoolfiles maximal pro JOB erstellt werden können, das ist was ganz anderes als die Anzahl der Spools in einer OUTQ, die können ja wohl von unterschiedlichen JOBS stammen.
