V6R1 CLA Lizenz

Hallo zusammen,

wir sind gerade dabei eine neue power 6 (v6r1)zu kaufen. Weiß jemand wie IBM die Client Access Lizenzen zählt ? Per IP-Adresse, oder named users ? Was passiert bei Überschreitung ?

Da steht unter anderem:

Offensichtlich hängt die Verknüpfung von PC zu Lizenz nicht am Namen oder der IP-Adresse, sondern an der Connection. IBM Software Technical Document 19564622 erläutert dazu einige Hintergründe: IBM i Support: Software Technical Document : 19564622
