this Easy400.net site provides you with a nice selection of IBM i open source utilities that may greatly enhance your productivity and the satisfaction of your users and customers. This has been carried on for 17 years by myself alone at no charge. In the last few years I gave my users the opportunity to contribute with some donations, but only a few people did contribute.

Times have changed and the site is no longer completely free as it used to be.

Basically you are assigned a primary utility that you can download at no charge. In your case this primary utility is file cgidev2.zip (ILE-RPG CGI development kit (CGIDEV2)).

If you want to download other utilities besides your primary one, then you have to provide a yearly contribution. The minimum yearly contribution is currently US dollars 50.00.
By providing a yearly contribution of US dollars 50.00, you are allowed to download all the utilities for one year.
