Operations Console

Nach dem normalen wöchentlichen IPL ist die LAN Konsole weg, sie steht nur auf "Verbindung wird hergestellt", keine Meldung oder sonst irgendetwas.

Wir haben aber auch keine Möglichkeit die Konsole anders anzuschließen, wir sind auf die LAN Konsole angewiesen.

Netzwerkverbindungen haben sich nicht verändert.

Auf dem Konsolen-PC ist Windows 2000 SP 4 installiert. Die AS400 hat V5R2.

Fährt die AS400 eigentlich noch normal hoch, auch wenn keine Konsole verbunden ist?

Hat jemand eine Idee oder Lösung?

dann gibt es noch diesen Step zu machen:

To reset the Operations Console line on an iSeries or AS/400 system, do the following:


1 Place the system in manual mode using the Remote Control Panel or the System Control Panel.
2 Arrow to Option 25, and press the Enter key.
3 Arrow to Option 26, and press the Enter key.
4 Arrow to Option 65, and press the Enter key.

System Reference code D1008065 may or may not be displayed.
5 Arrow to Option 66, and press the Enter key.

System Reference code D1008066 may be displayed.
