Hallo Martin,

ich hatte auch schon versucht Monochrom-Tiffs auszudrucken. Aber auch ohne Erfolg. Naja, muß ich halt noch ein wenig rumprobieren.

Hallo KM,

habs gerade selber probiert. Hab einen Spool genommen aus dem ich ohne Probleme ein PDF mit monochromer Grafik erzeugen konnte. Wenn ich den Spool direkt auf einem IPDS od. HPT Drucker ausdrucke wird die Grafik nicht mitgedruckt (auch mit IMGCFG *IMGC06 bei CRTDEVPRT).

Ein WRKSPLF QSPLJOB brachte folgendes Ergebnis (für den IPDS Drucker):
- Zuerst konnte er die Resource im IFS nicht finden (was aber anscheinend am System liegt da die Resource beim erstellen eines PDFs gefunden wird!) -> Hab die Resource nach /QIBM/UserData/OS400/AFPResources kopiert. Hier wurde sie dann auch gefunden.
- Hab ne Meldung gekriegt dass mein Drucker das Drucken der Resource nicht unterstützt. Hier der Text:

04/13/05 12:19:48. Your print request for printer XXX contained an
object that begins with a OTH structured field. Printer XXX does not
support this type of data stream object. If you specified absolute fidelity,
processing of the print request ended. If you specified content fidelity,
the object was ignored and the remainder of the print request was printed.
The error detected with reason code 2. The reason codes have the following
meanings: 1 -- Error in spooled file FONT number 000001 for job
022054/YYY/QPADEV0008 created on system AS400 at 04/13/05 12:19:48.

(ID) is SMSGX001.

Kann dir jetzt aber leider auch nicht sagen mit welchen Druckern das geht.
