Für eine reine Neu installation reicht GO SAVE "22".
Damit kann man ein blankes System zumindest betriebsereit machen. Alles andere muss dann noch nachträglich installiert werden.

- All IBM-supplied libraries that do not contain user data
- All IBM-supplied directories that do not contain user
data

This option runs the following commands:

Wenn jedoch einige Daten vom System übernommen werden sollen, würde ich GO SAVE "21" empfehlen. Dieser Save beinhaltet ebenfalls die Option "22". Dauert zwar etwas länger :-), macht aber immer Sinn. Vor allem hat man wieder eine komplette Sicherung des Systems.
