IP Ports - Drucken

Hallo,

demnächst bekommen wir eine Firewall, wir fungieren für mehrere kleine Zweigstellen als Rechenzentrum und daher möchte ich gerne wissen, welche Ports offen bleiben müssen.

..über Anschluß 23 baut die AS400 die Client Access Sitzung auf - soviel weiß ich.
Aber welche Ports werden fürs Drucken usw. benötigt?

so weit ich weiß, wird über den PORT 9100 auf
TCP-IP - Drucker gedruckt.

Hallo,

wenn man auf RemoteOutqs drucken will, sprich entfernte LPD-Drucker, dann muss der Port 515 offen bleiben.
Ferner wenn es Drucker mit integrierter Netzwerkkarte sind, dann der dortige entsprechende Port. Das kann wie ein Vorredner schon beschrieben hat ein Port 9100 sein. Wenn es sich um externe Printerserver mit mehreren Schnittstellen dreht, dann hat wahrscheinlich jede einzelne Schnittstelle einen eigenen Port.

The only required ports are 8476 and 449.
The other ports will only need to be opened if you are using
a function that they support. Most users will want to open 23, 449, and 8470 thru 8476.

Also, be aware that parts of AS/400 Operations Navigator,
which is part of Client Access, also use port 2001 (and 2010 for SSL)
to access the Web Admin server.
