TCPIP-Adress of income Pcuser

I am search for a solution to get the TCPIP-Adress of income Pcuser.
We use Windows NT 4.0 with Client Access. Our AS/400 has Release V3R7.
Is it possible to rech the TCPIP-Adresse of the User with an CL-Command ?
